入板→酸洗→溢流水洗→磨板→噴砂/沖污水→HF水洗→超聲波浸洗→高壓水洗→HF水洗→DI水洗→干板組合→出板
Input→Acid Rinse→Cascade Wr/s→Scrubbing→Master Jet→HF Wr/s→Ultrasonic Dip→High Pressurized Wr/s→HF Wr/s→DI
