Bridge structure is adopted at the input to avoid panel dropping.
3、板尾磨轆反轉(zhuǎn)設(shè)計(jì)，有效解決板彎曲、飛板現(xiàn)象
The reverse running of the roller acting on the end of the panel is effective to solve the problems of panel bending and flying.
4、特殊傳動(dòng)設(shè)計(jì)，抗震效果更好
Special transmission design with better anti-vibration.
5、獨(dú)特的磨料導(dǎo)流系統(tǒng)，使磨料噴射PCB基板表面更均勻
Unique abrasive feeding system which has a more evenness spraying on the base plastic circuit board surface.
6、火山灰磨板段配有沉淀缸，能有效回收火山灰，實(shí)現(xiàn)循環(huán)利用
Sedimentation tank is equipped in the Pumice Scrubbing module to recycle the pumice.

入板→酸洗→溢流水洗→火山灰磨板→沖污水→HF水洗→超聲波浸洗→高壓水洗→HF水洗→清水洗→干板組合→出板
